How can I return for exchange of an item purchased from Habitus Sports?
Customers can return the ordered items "as is bought" without cutting label or opening the pack subject to the following conditions :
- i) The order received is different from the order placed
- ii) The order received is in damaged condition
- iii) The order received requires exchange due to colour or design change.
The return order to be placed by sending an email to "customercare@habitustees.com" or call us on "919740300891" or "080-28460431" with the below details.
- i) Order ID
- ii) Reason for returning the item
- iii) Images clearly showing a damage/missing product in the order
Upon receiving your request, Habitus Sports will confirm the return order request. The return product should then be couriered to Habitus Sports Bangalore address. The courier charges paid receipt should be mailed to us for the necessary refund or adjustment in the subsequent order.
REFUND for RETURN ORDERS
Habitus Sports delivers high quality products to its customers. However, for any reasons if customer is not satisfied with the order placed, the same can be returned to us by sending photograph and reason for return within 4 days from the date of invoice. Upon confirmation from Habitus Sports the product to be couriered to Bangalore address. The refund shall be processed within 4 days from the date of receipt of courier and charges incurred for courier shall be refunded.
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS BEFORE DISPATCH
Before Order Dispatch
The customers can cancel the order online at anytime before it gets dispatched. Once you request for cancellation of your order, it will take us a maximum of 1-2 business days for the cancellation to reflect in our systems. The same will be notified to you by email. Your entire order amount will be refunded within 7-10 working days.
Return Orders after payment :
In case of returns, once your return request is accepted by Habitus Sports, the entire refund amount will be reversed to you through NEFT/RTGS after receipt of returned item at our Bangalore office. For refund of courier charges the paid receipt copy to be mailed to customercare@habitus.com.
