Cancellation and Refund policy

Before Order Dispatch

The customers can cancel the order online at anytime before it gets dispatched. Once you request for cancellation of your order, it will take us a maximum of 1-2 business days for the cancellation to reflect in our systems. The same will be notified to you by email. Your entire order amount will be refunded within 7-10 working days.

Return Orders after payment :

In case of returns, once your return request is accepted by Habitus Sports, the entire refund amount will be reversed to you through NEFT/RTGS after receipt of returned item at our Bangalore office. For refund of courier charges the paid receipt copy to be mailed to customercare@habitustees.com.
